Shipping policy

  • We aim to ship within 1-2 working days.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible if there will be a delay.
  • Our default shipping is royal mail first class or an equivalent courier.
  • First Class Postage aims to deliver within one to two working days after dispatch however this is out of our control once we have dispatched. Please leave a reasonable amount of time for delivery but get in touch if you are worried your item has gone missing. We will do what we can to help.
  • Our website is currently only set up for UK postage as it is unfeasible for us to register for export duty and VAT for international destinations. However we can post duty unpaid to international destinations if you wish. Please get in touch and we can set up the postage for the required destination. We can also list required items in our Etsy Store which ensures duty is paid before dispatch. Please just get in touch and we can help you get hold of our products. 
  • Please see the statement below, when we get to setting up international postage we will endeavour to contact international customers to make them aware of this statement below before dispatch.
  • Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. This option might keep you from having to manage the import process, but DAP creates unexpected costs for your customer and can result in delayed or returned shipments.
